Sync a daily supplier spreadsheet to Shopify inventory

If your supplier publishes a daily stock or price file (a CSV link, an Excel file, or a Google Sheet), you can update Shopify from it without retyping anything.

What works as a feed

The manual route

Download the file, match the supplier's SKUs to yours, and use Shopify's product or inventory CSV import. Check the row count and a few prices before every import.

With Fieldwork Supplier Feed Sync

  1. Add a feed with the link (or choose email).
  2. Confirm the column mapping (SKU or barcode, price, compare-at, stock).
  3. Pick the stock location to update (one location per store, shared by all feeds).
  4. Preview: new feeds start in dry-run, so you see every change first.
  5. Turn dry-run off when you're happy. On paid plans link feeds run on a schedule and email feeds run when each file arrives; on Free you click Run now.

It only updates stock, price and compare-at price (optional, off by default) on products you already have. Stock is only updated for variants with inventory tracking on. It never creates or deletes products.
