What it is. A Shopify app that updates stock, price and compare-at price (optional, off by default) on existing products from supplier files. Made by Fieldwork (fieldworkfeeds.com). Support: support@fieldworkfeeds.com.
What it never does. It never creates or deletes products. It doesn't change titles, descriptions, images or anything other than stock, price and compare-at price.
Feed sources. HTTPS download links to CSV or .xlsx files (tokens in the link are allowed), published Google Sheets CSV links, and files emailed to a private per-feed address. Not supported: FTP/SFTP, plain http, links with a username and password, old .xls files.
File limits. Up to 25 MB and 200,000 rows per file. CSV delimiters: comma, semicolon, tab, pipe.
Stock. Written to one chosen location per store; only for variants with inventory tracking on. Excel: only the first sheet is read.
Matching. By SKU, barcode, or SKU then barcode. A code that matches more than one variant is skipped, not guessed. Two rows for the same variant: neither is applied.

Only the price %, shrink % and stale-hours limits are adjustable. Most held files can be applied once after the merchant has checked them (approval covers that exact file only). Empty files, files that match nothing, plan-limit holds and files that no longer fit the mapping can't be approved. Row-drop, column and stale checks need a previous good run, so they don't apply to a feed's first run.
Items missing from the file. Left alone by default. Optional: set to 0, only for items that feed matched before. Never deleted.
Alerts. In the app: each feed's run log, and the feed list shows each feed's last result. By email: to the alert address (defaults to the store's contact email). Repeat emails about the same problem are limited to about one every 12 hours per feed. Missed scheduled runs and email feeds that stop arriving also alert.
Pricing. Markup % on the feed price, rounding to .99 or .95, or use the feed price as-is.
Plans (per 30 days). Free $0: 1 feed, 500 variants, manual Run now. Starter $19: 1 feed, 2,000 variants, daily. Growth $39: 3 feeds, 10,000 variants, every 6 hours. Pro $79: 10 feeds, 50,000 variants, hourly. "Variants" = items the feed matches; the rest of the store doesn't count. The whole store can have up to 50,000 variants on any plan. 7-day free trial on the first paid plan. No credits, no per-run charges.
Data. Run logs are kept for 90 days. When you map columns, the header row and 5 sample rows are sent to Google's Gemini API for a column suggestion; nothing else from the file is sent. Supplier passwords are never stored; a download link (including any token in it) is stored so the app can fetch it.
