What we collect: your shop domain and Shopify access session; feed settings (link or email-in address, allowed sender addresses, column mapping, limits); the latest supplier file and product data needed to compare (SKU, barcode, price, compare-at, stock, product title); run logs; your alert email address. What we don't collect: customer or order personal data. The app has no access to customers or orders. AI: when column suggestions are enabled, the feed's column names and up to 5 sample rows are sent to the Google Gemini API. No customer data is sent. Retention: run logs are kept 90 days; data for a shop is deleted within 48 hours of Shopify's shop/redact request (sent 48 hours after uninstall). Uninstalling stops all syncs immediately. Sharing: no selling of data. Processors: hosting, email delivery for alerts, inbound-email provider, AI provider as above. Email: we send one welcome email to your store contact address after install (opt out via the link in it) and the sync alerts you configure. No marketing lists, no sharing.
