Terms of Service (draft; not legal advice; owner review needed)

Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. There is no arbitration.

  1. Service. Supplier Feed Sync reads files you or your supplier provide and, when you enable it, updates prices, compare-at prices and inventory quantities of existing products in your Shopify store. By default it does not create or delete products.
  2. Your data and your supplier's data. You are responsible for the files you connect, for having the right to use them, and for reviewing previews, mappings and settings. We don't control supplier data and are not responsible for its content, timeliness or correctness.
  3. No promise of accuracy. The service, including its checks, holds and alerts, is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, that stock levels, prices or any other data will be accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, or that every faulty file will be detected. Checks reduce risk; they do not remove it. You should keep backups and monitor your store.
  4. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, overselling, pricing errors, chargebacks, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  5. Fees. Billed by Shopify every 30 days on the plan you choose; cancel anytime by uninstalling or downgrading. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
  6. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no attempts to access other merchants' data or our infrastructure, no feeds you aren't permitted to use.
  7. Suspension. We may pause syncing (including for all stores) to investigate a possible fault. Pausing never deletes your products.
  8. AI. Column suggestions and support replies may be generated by AI. You confirm mappings before any sync runs.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms with notice in the app; continued use means acceptance.
